- 1. Cook the Chicken Properly:Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Alternatively, air fry or bake the chicken.
- 2. Chop the Chicken Finely:Let the chicken cool slightly, then finely chop.
- 3. Build the Buffalo Dip Mixture:In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, Colby Jack, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives. Mix until creamy.
- 4. Bake the Dip:Transfer mixture to a baking dish and gently spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese blend. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
