Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasoning
  • 1 ½ cup white meat chicken
  • 2 ½ cup dark meat chicken
  • 3 1 tsp salt
  • 4 ½ tsp black pepper
  • 5 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 6 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 7 ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 ½ tsp smoked chipotle chili powder
  • 9 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
Creamy Buffalo Dip Base
  • 10 ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 11 ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 12 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
Cheese Blend
  • 13 ½ cup three-pepper Colby Jack cheese
  • 14 ¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 15 ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Fresh Add-Ins & Topping
  • 16 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 17 1 tbsp fresh parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. 1. Cook the Chicken Properly:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Alternatively, air fry or bake the chicken.
  2. 2. Chop the Chicken Finely:
    Let the chicken cool slightly, then finely chop.
  3. 3. Build the Buffalo Dip Mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, Colby Jack, cheddar, mozzarella, and chives. Mix until creamy.
  4. 4. Bake the Dip:
    Transfer mixture to a baking dish and gently spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese blend. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. 5.Garnish and Serve:
    Sprinkle parsley on top. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or toasted baguette slices.
