Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6–8 frozen chicken nuggets, cooked and chopped
  • 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon parsley flakes

Method

  1. 1. Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken nuggets, cream cheese, mozzarella, bacon bits, ranch dressing, and ranch seasoning. Mix until everything is evenly combined and creamy.
  2. 2. Assemble the Pinwheels

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a clean surface. Spread the chicken bacon ranch mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one long side, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  3. 3. Chill for Clean Slices

Place the rolled pastry in the freezer for 15–20 minutes. This step makes slicing much easier and keeps the pinwheels from losing their shape.
  4. 4. Slice & Season

Slice the chilled roll into even pinwheels (about ¾–1 inch thick).Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over each pinwheel.
  5. 5. Bake Until Golden

Arrange the pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with ranch or buffalo dipping sauce. These pinwheels can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
